Welcome to the Women's Club of Glen Ridge, the premier wedding and event destination in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Our beautiful clubhouse offers two floors of event space, the perfect combination of intimate space and elegant ballroom style seating to accommodate parties up to 250 people. You are free to cater and personalize your own private occasion, one that will be remembered and cherished forever. This idyllic location is just 12 miles west of NYC and close to major highways and airports, and is across the street from the Glen Ridge NJ Transit Station.

Weddings
The Women’s Club of Glen Ridge is a magical place where your guests will be enchanted by the stunning elegance of our two ballrooms. The Georgian Ballroom upstairs is perfect for your ceremony or cocktail hour, with dinner and dancing following in the Williamsburg Grand Ballroom downstairs.
You can be assured of privacy because we host only one event at a time.
+ What is the capacity of each room?
The Women's Club of Glen Ridge offers two floors of special event space along with an outdoor private patio. The first floor Williamsburg Ballroom can accommodate 225 guests with a dance floor. Also available on the first floor is the Mary Raymond Room, the Patio, and the Parlor Suite. The second floor Georgian Ballroom and Balcony seats up to 80 guests, or 150 guests for a reception. The Georgian Ballroom, when used in combination with the Williamsburg Ballroom, can accommodate 250 people. Also available on the second floor are two lounges; the Chapman Room and the Ellie Parker Room. There are restrooms and a kitchen on each floor.
+ How many hours are included in my rental?
A Standard Rental is five (5) hours. Doors open for set-up, caterer, etc., three (3) hours before event begins. If there is no Club event scheduled the day before the event, the renter and/or caterer may set up during business hours (8:30am – 3:00pm). If you would like a guarantee for the extra set up day please ask. Two (2) hours are allotted for cleanup after an event.
+ Can I choose my own caterer?
The Women's Club of Glen Ridge does not have an exclusive caterer; you may use any caterer who meets the following requirements: The caterer must be fully insured and willing to add the Women's Club of Glen Ridge to their insurance policy for the day as an additional insured. The caterer must maintain a current food handling license, as well as general liability, liquor liability and workmen's compensation. The caterer is required to remain on site for the duration of your event. The caterer is responsible for all food preparation, handling and clean-up.

+ Is the Women's Club of Glen Ridge Accessible?
The first floor of the clubhouse is handicap accessible via the patio door connected to the Mary Raymond Room. A handicap restroom is also available on the first floor. The second floor is only accessible via a staircase.
+ What are the Rental Rates?
1st Floor - Williamsburg Ballroom
Rental Rate - $2,800 Damange Deposit - $900
2nd Floor - Georgian Ballroom
Rental Rate - $1,700 Damage Deposit - $550
Williamsburg Ballroom and Georgian Ballroom
Rental Rate - $4100 Damage Deposit - $1,350
Rental of the following includes additional space at a reduced rate:
1st Floor Rental includes option to include the 2nd Floor Kitchen for $200
1st Floor Rental includes option to include a 2nd Floor ancillary room for $100
2nd Floor Rental includes the option to include the Mary Raymond Room (1st Floor) for $450
- The Women's Club of Glen Ridge is pleased to offer a 10% discount for active members of the military.
- Damage deposits are refunded within 30 days of the event pending inspection of the property.
